When he came out for the estimate, I was told that no additional gravel was needed and that he could just patch areas that were leaking.  He also replaced the flashing on the front of the roof with cheaper verision.  Now it is so thin that if you put a ladder against it, it will bend.  When he was finished, he advised that if I had any problems to call him and he would come back and fix.  He guaranteed his work.  We called him back in less than 3 months since it was leaking worse than when he fixed it.  His response was "when I climbed off the roof, my work was finished" and he wouldn't fix it.  He also told me that the job would last about a month but it took 3 months to complete.  He would work for little amounts of time each day and then leave.  He had a different excuse each day why he couldn't stay longer.  I paid $4000 for nothing.  I would not recommend him to anyone.
