Browns heating and electric provided me with superb service. Being constantly on the go can create a problem for me when services can only be provided when I am home. Browns made it convenient and easy for me in every way. The technician was courteous, very honest and extremely efficient in getting the job done. Best of all, the waiting list was minimal. It is rare to get A/C services in less than 48 hours of calling in the month of June. I will always use them and I have no problem recommending them to anyone in my family or friends. I honestly do not do reviews, but I had to make an exception for this impressive company.

Determined faulty capacitor and got it up running after cooling the compressor due to overheating. They did a very good job. Professional, reliable and affordable.

Everything went and it still going wonderfully. We elected to use spray foam insulation which requires a different formula when sizing a unit. James knows what he is doing and we have had no troubles thus far!

They provided all the annual services on my unit and advised when parts were needed prior to the replacing the inside unit. Due to family issues, the business closed in late 2006.
