We got four estimates for the work we needed to be done. Vinyltech's representative, David Cloyd, was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. He provided clear and concise answers to all
our questions without being pushy or arrogant.
Other roofing representatives were not a professional as David and they acted
as though they were doing us a favor by hiring them to do the work.
Vinyltech’s price was nearly
30% less than the nearest competitor. At first the low price did bother us. We were very wary of additional problems that their
estimate did not cover and would “need to be fixed” along with the additional
charges. David’s assurances and
confidence in their inspection and proposal did ease our concerns. We decided to go with Vinyltech instead of any
of the other three proposals.
Vinyltech started the work on time with a crew that was conscientious, knew what they were doing and knew what
needed to be done next to ensure a smooth flow of work. There was supervision on site nearly the entire time, and even though there were a few rain delays, they finished very near the original proposal completion date.
To our delight, the final cost was not more than the original proposal. It was actually a little less due to savings in material used.
My wife and I were impressed with Vinyltech’s professionalism, quality of work, and the clean-up afterwards.
I would definitely recommend Vinyltech for any exterior home repairs.

It took a few goes to get the estimate but once we had that they were very responsive, They had done several houses around my area which all looked good. They were the cheapest by about $2500. Job took about 3 weeks total. We had some estimates from painting companies to do the painting. They were all around $6000. Vinyl tech did it for $3000 and it was 2 coats like all the estimates. They were very responsive throughout the job. There were no major issues, I think we had 1 nail that came through (fixed) and they added some extra trim around a door . They showed up around 8 am and worked till between 6 and 8 pm. I also had a garage door installed and they worked well with the other companies involved to get that done. The house looks brand new. I am very happy with the result.

Job was fairly extensive for a two story home. Did the work when they said, for the price they said, time estimate was very close. They were responsive during the work to any concerns we had.
