I just sent a congratulatory note to Justin, for the excellent and professional job provided me by his staff. I told him he has a gem on Dave and Sidney. They are very professional, courteous, efficient but more importantly, the guys know their business. They were very efficient, provided the right solution to my plumbing problem; a continous dripping and inflow of water to my toilet tank which, of course kept overflowing and draining into the toilet bowl. Woke up to a leaking water heater. Called Justin and within 30 minutes he was at my house to access the problem. Had to replace. He also took care of a toilet problem and fixed my leaking kitchen faucet while he was here. He came highly recommended from my neighbor. Justin is now my new plumber and will highly recommend him to all my friends in need. Very polite and well mannered, very nice to work with. The other gentleman that was with him was also kind. 10 stars from me. Thanks again Justin for coming so promptly.

He was on time, clean, polite I just think $120 to flip a breaker is excessive. I was not going to say anything, but you keep sending me emails to take the survey, so there you go.

Did a great job. They were on time for the schedule appointment. Installation took about an hour and they cleaned up when they were done.

VERY honest. Justin fixed a gas leak for me by replacing a fitting. Another company wanted to replace the whole system. Gas is back on for a fraction of the cost. This is the second time I've used Copperhead. Will definitely use them next time too.

Showed up when he said he would, knew exactly what to do, used premium materials for longer life and left a clean work site. Charged me what he said he would which was a fair price. Highly recommend.

Justin was awesome! He was very informative explaining the problem and why the problem occurred (future information). He proved himself and his skill level to complete the work. I believe the price was fair given the fact of having to remove the old Tankless system and installation of a new system of better quality. Overall, happy with the job that was done.
