SPRINT

When my wife upgraded her cell phone to a smart phone, the change in the Sprint contract resulted in a large fee to initiate the new contract, plus the monthly bill increased substantially. I was not happy with all the added the expense, and asked her to return the phone. Through what was apparently a routine advertisement sent to Sprint customers, my wife learned that she could add our daughter's smart phone to our plan (also a Sprint phone), which would have the end result of reducing the monthly bill. We also got a free tablet, which was used as an incentive to make the changes described above. The customer service representative had very good knowledge of the product and also explained the new contract in a manner we could understand. As a result, we remained with Sprint as a customer.
