I actually called John (owner) for just a conversation, expecting them to
be booked and unable to get to me soon. He came over in a couple days
and explained everything to us and passed by once more before we decided
to use him. He was very trustworthy and easy to talk to...just very patient and willing for us to
take our time. I think here in the South that counts for a lot.
Once we decide though, they were over in
about 10 days and really just took them just two days to finish the
job!!
They did not disappoint in any area. Great price but the
customer service was what we rested our hat on. I would use them
again!

working which tells me they're serious about what they do!

The owner of the company was very nice and professional. In order to see his work, he allowed us into his own house to see the quality of his work. He's pricing was better than all the big company stores. Installation went quickly even though there were plenty of structural problems he ran into. I will be using him again for both of my bathrooms after the remodel is complete.
