Well are house requires a 3 ton unit to cool are house. They installed a 2 ton unit and I was made to feel like there was not anything wrong! Finally one of there sevice man came to check and found that we had a 2 ton unit. Plus he showed me many things like the taping of the return airvent was really done bad. The owner of the company did came out but I was ever upset and still not happy. I have a contract saying I would get a goodman unit and got a cheap amana which made by the same company but the quility is not there. Still having problem and not ever have them in my house again!!! More to come.
