PROGRESSIVE MORTGAGE & ASSOC

The first person I was dealing with was just fine. I week or two into the process she quit. My case was given to a man and he failed to meet dates that were vital to my interest and when I could move in. His mistakes cost me more money. I tried talking to the owner, Mike, he would not get on the phone. They even called the sellers realty agent and asked her to hold up the deal. When she said no they all of a sudden was missing paperwork that held up the deal. I was so stressed my realty agent had to handle anything that dealt with talking to them.

What should have been a joyful and memorable time, buying my first house, was stressful and sad because of Progressive Mortgage and a man named Ted that works there. I had a very wonderful lady helping me at first, but she had to leave the company because of differences with the owner (she wanted off for Martin Luther King Day to spend with family and they said no), However, they later took off for some lame day that was a white guys birthday or something( I am white). I should have switched companies, but I gave them a shot and I got the bad end of the deal. Paperwork I already gave them come up missing, and then they would find a few days later, paper work that was faxed they could not find. They were unprofessional and sometimes rude. Ted would tell the realty agent one thing and tell me something different and then deny it all later. We caught him lying on many occassion. They in my opnion can't be trusted. They had no right discussing my case with the sellers realty agent, but she was a relative or friend of the owners wife.
