ProAct cut limbs in a very large, 100yr. old tree for me today. Very professional, knowledgable about the health of the tree for the future, polite, actually were EARLY for the job, cleaned up after job above and beyond what I expected. I can not be more pleased, and happily recommend them if you want excellent service and care.

I called and briefly told them about my tree. It was inches from from the corner of my fence and in proximity of my house and the neighbors house. They successfully completed the job without any injuries or any damage. The process didn t take long because they had the best equipment to do the job. Great service with a good price in the Lake Charles area. All employees were outstanding and very professional.

Minutes after I made my request, for lawn care services, I was contacted by ProAct Lawn Care. I let Brooke know what I needed to be done. We had a short conversation, agreed on the scope of work, price, and schedule. The lawn care was subsequently completed, to my total satisfaction. I was very impressed with ProAct s responsiveness and professionalism. Brooke is certainly focused on customer service and satisfaction! Very easy to work with them. Job was well done. As a side suggestion to ProAct or any HomeAdvisor contractor, I would prefer a firm, written best offer. Instead, I ended up having to negotiate, which I dont like to do, before receiving the written offer. The contractor should show me credentials recommended to have by HomeAdvisor. I should not have to ask for these.

They contacted me back the next day after I posted the request on Angie s List. Within hours they removed the fallen limbs and by the end of the week they did a great job mowing my lawn. Great service!
