The inspector Jon was punctual and set about explaining to me the
process from start to finish. He then asked me if there was any areas
that needed special attention. He then commenced to do the inspection. I
returned for my walk through and explanation. He showed photos and
walked me through the entire inspection. He explained in detail what
needed to be corrected and how to correct the problems. He also
explained why the problems needed to be corrected. I was also given my
own webpage with HD videos of my inspection and HD photos as well so
that I did not have to worry about losing my report. The whole
experience had a feeling of professionalism and pride in his work. I
would use them again and recommend to another person.
