I was not aware that Merle Norman did facials but I came in a day earlier and spoke to one of the owners(Vicki). She was very helpful and told me I could get a facial the next morning and since they were right by my house, I made the appt. I came in and met Janet, she looked at my skin type and gave me a personalized facial that involved a hydrating steam treatment, skin care consultation and complimentary hand paraffin treatment. It was wonderful! The only thing that I wasnt use to was sitting in a chair to get a facial. Im use to laying on a massage table which is more relaxing but would go back. The price, location and products were great!
