We are not a turn-key company, we will workout installment payments or draws pending the size of the job, usually requiring a 1/3 or 1/2 of the payment upfront then payment in stages per agreed contract with client We are currently staffed with four employees (including General Contractor), we increase staff size as needed depending the size of the job. We sub-contract rough electrical and plumbing.

New construction, remodeling, painting: exterior/ interior, kitchen cabinets, counter-tops, bathrooms: everything except rough plumbing and electrical, patios, decks, windows, doors & more. ***We Restore Mini Storages***: replace and clean gutters, spouts, metal panels, roof coating, insulation, pressure washing, painting, add or replace ventilation. We do ceramic tile, wood flooring, drywall, framing, etc.

Rough plumbing and rough electrical; we sub-contract these jobs.
