K-Jon Sewer & Septic

Great, the job went smoothly once they arrived.

My discharge pipe from my sewer system was broken. When I called KJon, I told them this and they said they would go out and take a look. I had to leave work to meet them, which cost me time and money. They charged me $150.00 as a diagnostic fee to tell me exactly what I told them the problem was and then told me I needed to get a plumber. If I had been told about the diagnostic fee and that they would not do the job, I would not have hired them. I feel they were deceptive and misleading.

I needed a Sewer Inspection for the sale of my home so I called several companies. When I talked to Sammy Ange at K-Jon, he was very helpful and informative with his answers. What I liked the best when talking with him was that he was honest in his answers, and did not get impatient when I did not understand something entirely. Compared to some of the other companies I had called, it was a very refreshing experience. He gave me another number to schedule an appointment for the inspection.

When I called George Ange at the number given to me, I was again surprised at the attention and professionalism presented over the phone. Mr. George was very cordial and business like while setting up the appointment for the inspection.

On inspection day, Mr. Gerald from K-Jon called me and said he was on his way and showed up a little bit before appointment time. I thought this was very professional. Once he got there, they went straight to work and started the inspection. They checked everything just like what was described to me, and the result of the inspection was that I had to have the tank pumped out. Mr. Gerald set up the appointment for the pump out and said that once that happened, then the inspection would be complete. He was very informative, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing.

The K-Jon pump truck came and did there business with the tank. They were very good at what they did and did not make any type of mess. Once everything was finished, they cleaned up the area and picked up after themselves.

The next day I received a phone call and K-Jon told me that everything was good to go. I would be receiving the original documents in the mail and they could email me a copy if I so desired.

All in all I would have to say that my experience with K-Jon was just stellar. From the first phone call to the last, everyone was very helpful, cordial, and professional. The actual work performed was accomplished by knowledgeable & experienced individuals. The final paperwork was complete and legible. If I had to pick one word to describe how my experience with K-Jon was, I would choose "Seamless".
