Not only was Independent Water Systems one of the only water treatment system companies that served Orange, Texas but their service was affordable, efficient and professional. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere if you live in south east Texas or south west Louisiana!

The ONLY negative with my experience is that the water meter shut-off key was left at the meter and the meter cover left off/on the ground. NOT a big deal. I was extremely satisfied with all other aspects of the transaction, and highly recommend this company.

Advertising does pay. Saw their add on a billboard. Called. Got a quick response. Mr. Clarke came out tested my water within a day, had results and recommendations. A couple of days later my system was installed. My water is better than with the system I had before that was destroyed by Hurricane Laura. That system was less than a year old. Mr. Clarke did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He even helped dispose of the old system that was damaged. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Polite and technically knowledgeable. Had minor issues with responsiveness and timeliness, but once at the house Marc did a very good job.
