Everything, eventually, went very well.  There was a problem in the beginning with installation because the tiles were not calibrated correctly, so we had to pick new tiles. This was not, at all, the problem of the business, but of the manufacturer.

Whenever I would call for updates, I was dealt with very pleasantly and professionally.

The installers were on time, and did a beautiful job.

I would highly recommend this business, and would definitely do business again in the future.

The installers were nice but quite old. They had trouble with getting the carpet inside the house. It was 15 feet wide and 23 feet long. Had to bring it through daughter's bedroom window. It took all 3 of us to get it to where it needed to be. They did an excellent job of installing it, although we had just painted walls and carpet scratched them up pretty good. I had to repaint them but Gulf Coast Carpet bought the paint for me.

They were here when they were supposed to be. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did exactly what I said. The people came out, and did their job superbly. I have no issues with them or whatsoever. I do like what they did.

I got a call when I got in the next week that he had a tiler available (one week) and we set up the job for Monday. The tiler came out mid morning. I had set up the rooms to be ready to go with hardly any prep to the floors. He started cutting corners for tiles to fit and we talked a little before I left to go to town. We came back a couple of hours later and he had done the bathroom and 2/3 of the dining. We came back after a late lunch and by 2:30 he was done laying the tiles. He came back Tuesday to grout and lay the foyer. He finished the job Wednesday. The job he done was excellent. I have yet to see the final produce but the wife is happy.

I'm a tile novice and I had a bathroom project sketch when I entered the store. Sharon was willing to sit down with me and help me plan tile placement for my remodel concept. From there, she took me through the selections and helped me figure out my style and select tiles, colors, designs. After some adjustments to stay within my budget, I left feeling educated and excited about the tile I ordered. Whenever I, or rather my contractor had questions, she would follow-up right away. I can honestly say, Sharon made buying tile a fun and stress free experience.
