I love that I don't even have to get out of my vehicle! One of the service people directed me into the garage and then he came over to introduce himself and find out what service(s) I needed. He took the mileage and asked me a few questions and then he offered soft drinks to us. It was a hot day so he pointed a tube at our vehicle that blew cold air on us.
During the entire process he told us what was going on and we could also watch a monitor and see what they were doing underneath our vehicle.
The employees are always very friendly, courteous and professional.
I also like that they give you a code for a free car wash that you can use right away or any time during the next few weeks.
