I bought a washer / dryer from this company in 2005 along with an extended service agreement. My dryer had a knocking noise when on. Their tech, Melvin Johnson came out and repaired it in a very short amount of time, explained the situation and cleaned up after the work was done. Melvin represented the company very well. Iould strongly recommend their services to anyone. The salesman , Jimmy Chance and the owner, Roger LeBlanc will do whatever it takes to get your business and make you feel appreciated.
