All Purpose Roofing & Supply

Everything went well. One of the roof vents was leaking, so they prioritized me, and provided prompt service. I called on a Monday after discovering the leak on the weekend, received a call back on Tuesday, had an estimate on Wednesday, and the work was performed and completed the next day, on Thursday. I had to work, and wasn't available to meet them when they arrived, and they told me it wasn't a problem, that they would take care of it and send an invoice. When I returned home the work was complete, and went up on the roof to take a look, and everything looked good. They cleaned everything before they left.

All went good.  The workers told me that I had tree limbs rubbing the roof, which I was unaware of.  They volunteered to cut the ones that could be reached while they were on the roof.  Then when the roof repair was finished, they also picked up all the limbs and branches and took them to the road for the trash people to pickup.  I was really pleased with  the service, they went beyond the contract agreement.

The roofing company that had put on my new shingles in Feb 2010 gave me a bid for over $700.  They had also repaired and put new lead jacks around vents.  But they didnt put something over it that would keep the squirrels from eating the lead again.

So this was the third time since Nov 2008 that the squirrels had caused my roof to leak.  

All Purpose Roofing fixed my problem and hopefully prevented it from happening again.All Purpose Roofing (Mr Charles McFarland, Jr) did the job for less than half of the bid from the other company.

It went very well. I liked them a lot. The fellow that came out for the estimate came out the same day. They were very responsive. There was a rain delay of one day. They were great. They were quick. Two gentlemen did the work that needed to be done, and they worked well together. They were very courteous. I was curious about how things looked underneath. They had replaced some boards and they told me everything I needed to know. The price was reasonable. I had estimates from three different groups and they came in right about the middle. They were knowledgeable about the area and they had put in roofs in several. I am thinking of using them on another house very soon.

We had to replace our front porch due to termite damage. We consuted Angie's list for a contractor and chose one from the list for the repairs. 
    When the porch roof decking was complete, I asked the contractor to recommend a roofing contractor. He recommended All Purpose Roofing. Again I consulted Angie's list and found All Purpose Roofing listed. I contacted them and spoke with Buddy McFarland, the owner. He came by and gave us an estimate. We agreed to have them do the roof on the porch. 
     I asked Buddy to do a thorough inspection of the entire roof. Upon inspection, he found that the shingles were in good condition, with the exception of the four valleys. The shingles had been installed improperly by another contractor in the past.
    One valley was leaking water into the soffet and the decking and support rafters were rotted. I asked for an estimate and agreed for them to make all necessary repairs to the roof.
    Buddy, and his crew, arrived on time and started working right away. They completed the job quickly and were very professional.    
    We are very pleased with the quality, and price, of the work that All Purpose Roofing did on our house, and would recommend them to anyone needing any roofing work done.

They are professional and prompt.  I would use them again.

EXCELLENT JOB. SHOWED UP ON SCHEDULE. TOOK OLD SHINGLES OFF AND PUT DIRECTLY INTO HIGHWALL TRAILER THEY BACKED UP TO THE SHOP.  NOT ONE NAIL WAS LEFT IN YARD OR ON DRIVEWAY. (I CHECKED!). NOTIFIED ME OF BAD PLYWOOD AND RUNNERS WHEN FOUND, AND PROMPTLY FIXED OR REPLACED.  INSTALLED NEW TAR PAPER, DRIP EDGE , AND SHINGLES.  THESE GUYS WERE ON A MISSION.  VERY IMPRESSIVE.  I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
