DID A GOOD JOB THE ONLY THING WE HAD TO SPREAD THE DIRT, IT WAS ROUGH A 76 YEAR OLD MAN AND A LADY WITH MS AND THE HEAT WAS HORRIBLE.

Went very well, the service man was on time, very open and friendly. Completed the job in a timely manner. Best of all the charge for the work was hundreds of dollars less than another estimate we were given! Yes!! We will use them again if we have a plumbing need. Good service, good work, reasonable price , can't top that.

Overall I was extremely pleased with Able. They have come out for us on 4 separate occasions and each time their personnel was courteous and fair-minided. The price was within reason, or less than what I expected.

I removed the wall myself (tongue and groove boards in the utility room) to allow access to the water lines. I called them back and asked Maury to re-quote the job, since I had done the carpentry work. He suggested that they do it for time and materials. They still had to cut a couple of access holes under the dishwasher and remove some drawers and glides, but it is not seen when everything is put back in place. Knowing that plumbers are not carpenters, I knew I would have to re-install the drawer glides and drawers and put the wall back together. It only took a couple of hours, and cost way less than the original quote of $1800. The plumbers were very professional and even installed a new kitchen sink faucet I had bought the day before. I'd call them again if I have another plumbing problem I could not handle. As for Do's.... Do have them explain everything they are going to do so you will understand... and Dont's... don't expect them to repair anything other than the plumbing. They are plumbers... NOT carpenters. The sawz-all makes for quick work in opening a wall to see the water line. By the way... this was not covered under my insurance because there was no water damage to the inside of my house.

We are now using another plumber and will not use Able again. Other than that, we are paying them off at $100 a month.
