I was not happy with this contractor. He did not do a good job. He didn't use the right equipment, which resulted in nothing being level and a crooked wall. He left some of the wood in my yard, which got wet, and now I have mildew on my walls. When he did the windows for the office portion, he tried to use trailer storm shields which did not work. On one day he showed up with 2 rolls of wet insulation, which he told me he was going to use despite it being, I advised him I did not want that insulation being used. Some of the materials that I bought, (insulation, windows, doors, trim, etc...) he never brought to me these materials. I had paid $2,200 for the materials, and was later told by contractors who looked at the job and was told there was nowhere near $2,200 worth of materials needed for the job. Zeigler only finished about 1/3 of the job, and of that completed portioin, approximately 1/3 needs to be redone.
