The workers were all good. They gave valuable knowledge about some of the boards and stuff we had in the house, and gave us ways to treat it. They were knowledgeable about the termites and everything.

I use them sometimes every month, but definitely every other month. I think I pay $77 every 2 months. They were always available when I needed them, they send someone out right away. They did well for me. Everyone that I got was very knowledgeable, so I am big on that, so I ask a lot of questions.

Acceptable. Not great but not bad either. They come every couple of months for pest spraying and that kind of stuff.

I have used the company for about 15 years. I have been very satisfied with their service. They always call ahead of time to let us know when they will be coming. The same technician typically comes out for the routine service. He is very nice to work with and does a nice job. He has given great suggestions on things to do to help keep the pests away.

I have been using the company for about 15 years. For the most part, they come out when we need them to. They are very flexible with our schedules and come in the morning. They have been able to keep the pests under control. My wife primarily deals with the technicians who come out.

Their services have gone very well. They spray the exterior of our house. We have been using the company for about 12 years. They are reliable and have been able to keep the pests under control. If you have an influx they are happy to come out to spray. They come out regularly and call before coming out for the service.

I called Terminix out on Monday for an estimate. They came out, assessed the home and scheduled a first time service on Thursday. The technician did a great job when he came out. He had trouble finding the house at first, but that was due to the house being new construction. My wife and I agree that Terminix performed well. We will use them again.

I find that if I have a problem in between the time they routinely service me that they will come out the next day and the won't charge me. So far I have been extremely happy with them. One of the reasons we have stuck with them is that the other exterminators here doesn't use the termite control that they use. Terminix is very clean and thorough and I think they are very good. If you call them they come out within a short amount of time. They are very professional and considerate of my dogs when they come out to do work.

Terminix comes every three months to spray. I let them know that I had health issues and they accommodated my needs and used a powder instead of a spray. They are respectful, professional and accommodating. I will continue to use them.

They guarantee their work according to the contract. Although they came back out, they never fixed the issue I called about. I would never use them again. I can't see why they guaranteed the work.

I have been using them for the last six years and they have been really good. They do the pest control service inside; outside and of course do the yearly inspection for termites. They do the ground control for the termites. They are pretty thorough. They are a good value for money.

I have been using them for 20 years now. They come out twice a year. If they are suspicious of termite activity, they will come out and punch little holes, putting poison in them. I paid them $75 the last time they came out. They have been really good and they are very punctual. They come out when they say they would. I will continue to use them in the future.
