Stanley Steemer

I had a good experience with Stanley Steamer. The employees that came were very nice young men. They were very clean, came in, did what they had to do and got out. The only thing I had a problem with was that there was a lot of up selling. All in all I am satisfied with the services Stanley Steamer provided.

We were very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. Both crews did a good job. The two young women who did the second job for us were professional and did a thorough job.

The people that came to clean the carpet were 2 very young girls. One appeared to have a little experience and the other one had no experience. They left the carpet soaking wet so we had to vacuum the water out which was about a gallon of very dirty water. The grout did not look much cleaner than when they started. I have cleaned my grout with my personal steam cleaner and gotten much better results. When we complained to Stanley they offered to come back the next day which would have been too late because we were concerned that mold would start to grow. They offered no refund or service vochure. When I talked to the manager he was very rude and unaccommadating. The total job was a waste of money.
