I was very satisfied with Standard Mortgage in 2001 when I bought my home. I was a first-time home buyer, and they walked me through the process and made it pretty painless. No problems.I dropped in recently and asked about refinance options. Janel Tate stopped what she was doing and met with me for about an hour, working up an application, etc. She went out of her way to lock in a great rate for me a few days later. In fact, my closing attorney was astonished at how low my interest rate was. The process was smooth, Janel was great.

Phyllis was with me every step of the way, she even lowered my interest rate after the initial rate was locked in because interest rates went down. I will recommend her to everyone I know and will definately go back to her the next time I have any mortgage needs.
