The doctor worked really well with my dog. I was happy to know that she also had a pit bull, and was quite familiar with the breed and the complications that they have. She noticed that my dog had been losing some hair in places, and continued to go through the possibilities why, and what treatments I should try. She gave me a lot of suggestions to start with, going the cheaper route first, and working up. Overall the experience went well, and I definitely will be going back. They even gave me a quote on a dental cleaning, because I expressed interest in getting her teeth cleaned in the future.

Took my Boxer since it seemed he urinated more often than normal and his "man parts" seemed inflamed. Got appointment same day, didn't wait long, techs are knowledgeable and friendly, Dr. Randal was great as usual. Called me personally next day to give me results of urine test (neg).
My pets and my rescues have been seeing him and docs at his clinic for about 15 years. Recommended.

I use St Francis for approximately eight years for my Maine C*** cat. They were wonderful in my cats last year of life. they were able to find me specialize treatment for his cancer and help me administer cancer drugs. when my cat finally passed away, they sent me a wonderful sympathy note. I found the whole staff from the veterinarians to the front desk to be very helpful sincere and loving.

I've been using them for quite a while and they've always been very good.

One died, one had to have surgery (elsewhere), the other was treated for something he didn't have.

Pleasant reception area with friendly personnel, interested, caring vets. Vets were very informative. Took the time to let my dog settle down as she was extremely nervous. Overall, a good expeience for dog and human.

I have been using this provider since 2008. I had another dog; Dr. Randolph, my doctor, saved her life three times. So, I am just very, very pleased with him. He is honest. He communicates well. He takes time out to explain things. He has got a great bedside manner. When he was worried enough about an animal, he gave me his cellphone number for emergencies during the week. That was impressive because he did not have to do that. It comforts you I guess.

Brought in dog with suspected stroke, Vet explained all possible other things it could be, causes and treatments and prognosis. Thorough exam, friendly and knowledgeable vet and staff. Was sent home with medication, information and follow up was prompt and informative. Dog doing well again.

They staff were all very personable and I thought that the vet was knowledgeable. I appreciated the care and concern that they showed. The minute you walk through the door they are all very friendly.
