Had some drains that were backed up. It was determined that the ventilation system needed to be blown out and that they would clear the problem from the roof vents. They took a quick pass in each vent and it solved my problem for about two to two and a half weeks. Called them back to say the problem had returned and they said the guy that does this sort of work for them was out for some reason and I need to call someone else. They would not use a go through or guarantee their work. I found this HIGHLY unprofessional.

Shannon is very knowledgeable and clean. He even offered to refer me to his brother, John's Plumbing, if he wouldn't be able to get to me in time. My neighbors had referred Shannon to me. They have used him for years and now I can see why. He came in, figured out what needed to be done, consulted with me about other issues that have been accessories to the problem, and stayed within his original estimate. I of course didn't stick to a budget when choosing my new kitchen faucet. After he left, there was no evidence that a plumber had been under my sink except that I had a new shiny faucet.
