I dealt with Scott, who is the son of Charlie Sanders,the owner of S and S Renovators. He was a pleasure to deal with and the crew that he sent out was very professional, courteous and knew what they were doing. Very experienced carpenters who have been with the company for many years. They were always on time and cleaned up 100% when they finished up. The price was very reasonable and they completed the project in record time. The only thing they subbed out was the painting, which I wasn't entirely pleased with....but Scott apologized for that. They have their own paint crew but due to the recent freeze, they were tied up. All in all, I don't think I could find a better renovator than S and S.
