This is a small family owned business who has no intentions of ripping
their customers off. This is a very honest business and honest family
who aim to please and satisfy their customers. If for some reason they
cannot help you they help you find or refer you to someone they would
trust.
Many times over the years when I was charged with a
price by Russell's Mobil I felt they could have charged so much more
anywhere else. I have a few family members who have their own auto
repair shops but I always go to Mr. Russell's because I trust him and I
know I will not be taken advantage of or over charged.
If you are
near by and are having car trouble, a flat tire, etc.....they if at all
possible will go to meet you where you are at to help you out. The
service is wonderful and they care about their employees.
Before I
go on long trips I bring my vehicle to Mr. Russell's and let them know I
will be driving many miles for a trip and I want to make sure all is
well. They have never failed me.
I always tell my family and
friends before purchasing a used car to bring it to Mr. Russell's for a
check-up........they will tell you honestly if the car is good or bad.
They will tell you if the car is in good condition and worth buying or
if it would be a bad deal.

They are very honest there, if he can't fix something and he needs to refer you to someone he will tell you that.

I think they are very honest. I didn't tighten the gas cap so I was having problems but they told me that was the problem and didn't try to do other things. They are the only care people I deal with. They get the job done and they are very nice people. They are just very honest.
