Contacted Ronnie-Frisby to see what needed to be done in regards to my low hot water pressure. They are a local company and love to keep busy in my area rather then using commercial company’s. I explained to the rep Taylor of my issues and he recommended i change the hot water tank since it was almost 20 years old. The techs came out the next day very nice guys. Within a few hours of the job being completed my problems started! I now have trash in my lines and the pressure is so low now a shower isn’t an option and it takes at least 20 minutes to run a bath of like warm water. The only option of clearing the lines and getting pressure back up is to replace the pipes in my home per Taylor! I’ve been in constant contact with Taylor to get my job done correctly or for them to reverse the install and put my old one back for almost 2 weeks! They came out 5 days after the install to supposedly try to clear the trash but that was a bust. Now i don’t have any hot water only like warm and absolutely no water on the hot side in my kitchen they are refusing to fix the issue they created! Taylor is rude and has horrible customer services skills.

Each time he was courteous and returned calls promptly. I highly recommend his company for any plumbing need.

Ron replied same day. He and his helper were there on time with disposal and replaced it safely and quickly in our old house. They also took note of an awkward plumbing connection and modified it slightly to make it work better.

He was coming out to clean up the sewer lines. What I'm upset with is that he came out and try for 2 hours but he couldn't do anything then he called a local utility company only to find out what the utility company comes and cleans out your sewer line for free. This the 5th time we called them and they're always been good prior to this. This is the one exception, they've been average in cost, responsive, and they've done the work but this time, I felt like I got ripped off giving them 150$. I don't know how to write that up to be honest with you.

Ronnie and his helper arrived Friday morning. They immediately went work and replaced the leaking pipe joint despite having to work in very tight quarters. Ronnie explained the repair to me which I appreciated.

Ronnie sent trusted helper to house(trusted because Ronnie has brought him on a previous job, so we knew him). Came at appointed time, job completed in timely fashion.

New hot water line had to be run from tank to kitchen. Pipe/tubing used smalled than previous line??? Water pressure not as good as was previously. Not entirely happy about way line was run under sink but at least I have hot water.

Very satisfied.

They made an effort to come out right away, and were able to work me into their schedule.

Everything went well. They performed the job well and they did what I asked.

Responded immediately for an interior pipe break and then returned the next two days to replumb the whole house

Harold was a bit late because of an emergency at the previous job. He seemed very knowledgeable, finished the work very quickly and cleaned up after himself so there was no mess for us to clean up.
