Todd returned my call very promptly and was able to schedule the inspection as soon as the next day. He took the time to explain the process and his findings in detail and made sure I understood everything that he did. He actually showed up before the agreed upon time and had done the majority of the outdoor inspection before I had arrived. He spent approximately two and a half hours inspecting every inch of my 1,000 square foot house. He actually e-mailed me a copy of the inspection report which he had completed the same day as the inspection. He also mailed me a hard-copy of the inspection report that arrived a few days later. I give this gentleman the highest of ratings.
