I contacted the company who installed our gutters, they came out measured our area and never got back to us on price or doing the job. Called another company who never returned our call. I called the Patio Center and Mark responded right away, came out bid the job but let me know they were about 4 weeks out. The day they were suppose to come was one of the big rain days so our job was moved out 2 more days. The crew showed up at 7 am and had the cover and screen with 2 doors installed by 11:30. The gutter end cap was missing and we had a miscommunication on the addition of kick plates at the bottom of the screen room. Mark called me as soon as the main part of the job was done to let me know they would be back the following week to make things right. My husband and I are extremely happy with the job and it pays to deal with a company that has been around for a long time doing quality work.
