I had nothing but problems the entire job, not only did they not start when promised they did a terrible job installing the tile and counter tops, took them 4 weeks longer then promised. They even lost our house keys then found out that one of the installers was in jail for domestic violence with the key to our home and the slab of marble for our baths in the truck he was driving. That was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any contractor.

"WE NEVER PROMISED A JOB OF THIS SIZE TO BE FINISHED IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. IT TAKES TIME TO REMODEL 2 BATHROOMS INCLUDING DEMOLITION, NEW SHOWER PANS AND TILE UP THE WALLS IN ADDITION TO GRANITE/MARBLE COUNTERTOPS IN KITCHEN AND BATHS AND TILE AND CARPET FLOORING THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. GRANITE FABRICATION TAKES TIME AND THE NATURAL STONE WAS NEVER IN THE POSSESSION OF OUR INSTALLERS. WE DID UNFORTUNATELY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ONE INSTALLER AND FIRED HIM FROM THE JOB. ALL ISSUES WERE ADDRESSED AS THEY WERE BROUGHT UP BY THE HOMEOWNERS. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE TIME FRAME BUT AGAIN NEVER AGREED TO A SHORT TIME FRAME FOR THIS SIZE OF JOB."
