MUSSO SHOE REPAIR

I dropped off new boots, still in the box, on August 25, 2015, to have a zipper replaced on both boots.  I needed the zipper to extend the full length of the boot shaft. I was told the work could be done, and the person doing the work took measurements of my calf to make sure the proper size zipper would be used.  
I contacted the store on September 28, 2015, to check on the progress.  I was told the boots would be ready on
Oct 1, 2015.  I went to the store on Oct  1, 2015, and not only were my boots not ready, the work had not even been started.  When I asked when they would be ready, the person who was helping me, shrugged her shoulders....This is not the first time I have been disappointed in the service at Musso Shoe Repair, but it sure as h*** will be the last.

They did a great job, even hand made replacement tassels. They were so good I couldn't tell the difference! The soles had originally been glued on and were starting to separate. Instead of just regluing the soles, they sewed new soles on, giving them a much longer life of wear! I hadn't requested this level of service but they made the right choice to give the best results.

They took care of it the same day. Very friendly and personable.

I dropped the shoes off early that morning and they were finished by that afternoon. The work they do is excellent. The piece that was added for the lift matches the shoe perfectly. You can hardly notice that the sole of one of my shoes is a half inch thicker than the other shoe. Guy does excellent work at a very reasonable price.
