When we dropped off our pets, the Veterinary Assistants in the front office were warm, inviting, caring, supportive and my husband and I felt we were truly leaving Merlin and Ender in a good place. Everything was very clean with no pet odors, in fact it smelled very good. After we had filled out the necessary paperwork, Merlin and Ender were so comfortable with the VAs, they walked straight to the back with no resistance. My husband and I left and just minutes after we got home, we got a phone call from the clinic. I had left my small travel purse in a chair in all the excitement of leaving our boys. The girls actually stayed past their closing time til my son got there to get it.

When we returned from Florida, I picked up our boys at about noon. They looked great, they smelled great and they were so excited to see us.

We have been looking for a Vet since we moved here from Dallas, Texas. I think we found one, because if he is half as good as his staff, he gets my vote!

My experience with Mayer Veterinary Hospital was pretty great. Instead of just showing us the standard offices, they went ahead and gave us a tour and showed us everything, there was nothing that was hidden or a secret. They are really friendly, they are great with the animals and they are great there. I couldn't ask for better. They were pretty expensive but you can't ask for cheap medical care. We have another appointment next week.

Excellent service from the beginning. They gave references readily. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt comfortable that our dog was being cared for in a good manner. We have now become repeat customers.

We love Dr. Mayer. He and his staff are wonderful with our puppy,
Tamale. They always take us to an exam room immediately and we're
usually in and out within a half an hour.

We like him, he is really good with the pets. He is knowledgeable and he is really good at handling them, our dogs don't freak out or anything. They try to keep the dogs that are boarding there quiet and they get you in fast. They don't make you wait very long until you get to your room. We like that when you call you always get an appointment within a day or so and once you get there you don't have to wait.
