We have been using them for 2 years. It is completely fiberoptic. We use it all the time, they are professional. I highly recommend them. If we have any problems, they do it instantly. Last month, we had an issue with download speed, there was a difference in the speed for what we were actually paying for and they fixed it right away. They didn't charge anything for the service. There have been a lot of problems with high winds in south, they fix it whenever we have a problem and they'll never charge. Their pricing is competitive as far as Cox or some other provider, but it is just a better product. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

Had bad experience with other national Internet service provider. They would only make an appointment with a 4-hour window and then not show up. When I moved to Lafayette, LA, I scheduled LUS Fiber for service. They gave me an exact time when they would arrive and showed up at that time. When I was researching upload and download times, other providers were vague on their times. LUS provided me with 50 meg upload and download speed. Plus they are a fiber system.
