Mr Fred is the owner of the company and the only tech that ever comes to service my home. I love the fact that he's the only one that comes out, the kids and I love him. He's so down home and laid back. I've been using his services for over a year now and he is about the most affordable in this area. Good service at an affordable price - what else could you ask for.
