 + -1 moreDifficulty in communication. Missed appointments. Wanted payment before job was inspected. Did not return to correct problems. In 4 years have had to repair hardwood floors twice due to improper installation (nailed too tightly and buckled). Will need to refinish floors in the next year or so due to wear of finish.
Description of Work: Installation and finishing of hard wood flooring.
