Jack Gardner's 10 Minute Oil

Arrived there and was greeted by the mechanics who had me drive in. Pleasant lounge with TV. No wait. Very fast and professional. I think I was there less than 10 minutes. Sticker on window shows next visit in 5K miles. Did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't want. They did a great job, and I will bring my other cars there.

No wait. Oil change, check all fluids, and inspection under 10 min. Plus free car wash. Everybody was very professional and nice, the service was great and quick. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is AMAZING!!  They were courteous and quick!!!  I will definitely return to have my car inspected again with them every two years.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND - What a great place.

My son took the car up for an oil change. When my son got there he asked a group of guys that were standing around if they were open yet. During the oil change, the guys were harassing my son and making comments to him that made him uncomfortable throughout the whole service. He was very upset when he got home. They were very unprofessional and not at all courteous. I went in to the lobby and spoke to the manager about the poor service and harassment and the manager offered no apologies. I find their prices to be a bit high there. I was surprised the manager didn't care to correct the issue since I will no longer be taking any of my 6 cars there. The mechanics were even hollering profanities across the garage that could be heard throughout the facility.

I had used another company that didn't do what they promised and I've been with Jack Gardner's for a year and they are good.

They have a car wash off to the side. My husband goes there and he wouldn't go there if they weren't good. We want go to any place that doesn't give us good service. We know good service and bad service. We have 4 kids and people depend on us for our advice. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

Fast convenient professional service with a smile great car wash

I have been taking my cars to them once in every three months for oil change and basic servicing. I also have my vehicles inspected there once a year and don't know what the cost is for that service. They were quick. Everything that they did was always very thorough. Their prices were fair for the time that it took for me to get in. I have rarely waited there for more than ten minutes. The only time that I ever waited for more than ten minutes was when there were three cars in front of me and even then the wait time was fifteen minutes. Their service was very good. I have never had any issues with them. They were professional. They would even vacuum my car.
