They came out and took measurements then they removed the stained sealing tiles. Then drove to Lowe's to get the material to do the job. They completed the work in record time. I am very happy with the work. They were able to use the original molding.

This one was hard to grade. I initially hired for plumbing and for the most part the workers did a good job. Issue, they used old 1980s facets from what was used previously from the outside to put on the Washing Machine instead of new ones. I paid $2200. Wouldn't you think new ones would have been the choice? Anyhow I called to let him know it was leaking and his response was, "you need new ones..Nice! :/ Before I knew about the old facets that was damaged, I hired him for the Bathroom which I was quoted $3500 for a very tiny bathroom. Work was done was tiling, and removing rotten wood on the floors Note: I paid for the Floors, Toilet, Vanity, Facet Fixtures and Tub Fixtures. The price for the bathroom ended up being $4500 Why I asked...because they ended up tiling instead of using a Shower enclosure. I was quoted $2450 from another company and stupid me choose them because I thought the plumbing was great. Overall...90% of the Plumbing was great, Tile work was great If he would have not raised the price on me with me knowing when it was quoted a lot less and came over to remove the old USED which was mine facet to put on the Washing Machine...which might have costed him $5.00. I would have given him an A Will I hire him back Nah...

i called them for an estimate, and within 15 minutes they were at my house and changed the door right then. Other people I called had a waiting list for 2 months! They were friendly, courteous and did a terrific job!! I will be calling them in the future for anything I need done!

When the rains let up, he came and installed the gate perfectly.  Although it was a bit of a task, he did not alter his initial bid.  I was very pleased with the job and Bobby's work ethic.  He is a very well mannered, honest and genuine person.  I will call him without hesitation if more work is needed in the future.

Bobby did a truly outstanding work for everything we asked for. He helped with the design of the bathrooms, and the choice of material. He did the internet search for us to show the different choices for bathroom designs and he shopped around with us for the material. He would explain in detail about the different choices. He is a very happy guy always coming in with big smile. Bobby is also extremely thoughtful. His team worked very hard and always cleaned everywhere after the work each day. All the work are done beautifully. We enjoyed working with Bobby and we enjoyed our new bathrooms and build in over and microwave so much. Thank you so much, Bobby! We will definitely call Bobby again later.

This is the second time I have used Bobby Hebert.  He was great, just like the first time.  He is very down to earth and easy to work with.   When an old customer had an emergency he took off a couple of hours to help them out, and I liked that.  It is nice to know that if I have an emergency of some kind he will come to my rescue too.  I highly recommend him.

Bobby is great. He does great work and is great to work with. He is very down to earth. He does really high quality work, something that many Lafayette contractors don't even know about. I've used him for two jobs and will use him again. Bobby's price wasn't high, but he isn't the cheapest contractor out there either. If you aren't trying to squeeze out the last penny, but instead want the work done right, then give him a call. He is always busy and you probably will have to go on a waiting list, but it is worth it.

Bobby provided a detailed quote and stuck to his price. He went above and beyond. All work was completed in an expert fashion. We are putting together a list of other projects that need to be completed and expect to work with him again.

The work was fine and the shutters look good, but it took him over 6 months to finish the work. He lost one of the pieces of hardware putting the shutters back on. He did not stay in touch with us either.

Did a very good job. I was concerned because my job was so small compared to most, but Mr. Hebert worked me in between larger jobs and did excellent work.

I am not happy with them.  It was a positive and negative experience.  He did a great job installing the floors.  He went back to the store to buy me extra parts for the floors.  He left one part undone.  I just moved here and I asked him if he could install the appliances.  He said sure he could do, but he never returned my phone calls and I had to get somebody else.  I tried to contact him several times and he just blew me off straight away.  I have one piece of the floor not there and it is very very minor.  I wanted someone doing the complete job.  If he could have told me then I would have gone to the store and got it, but he was done with me.  He seemed honest, but very casual.
