Dry Cleaning Service
I brought in a $365 dress to have a brown spot removed. When I went to pick up the dress I noticed that not only had they not gotten out the brown spot, but they had put large blue spots all over the dress. I brought the dress back to point this out to see what they could do. They offered to try to re-clean it. They were unsuccessful in removing the blue spots. The owner of the cleaners was going to replace the dress, but then called saying that he had spoken with his employees. The employees had told him that I was lying about them staining the dress, and that he would not take responsibility. Not only did he ruin a $365 dress, he was rude to me about it. This is why I will never bring another stitch of clothing to his establishment.
