Fiber Services was professional from beginning to end.  I called several carpet cleaners to compare prices and researched the company reviews online.  I chose to deal with this company and am glad I did.  I gave them a grade of B on the price because they were a little higher on their price compared to others, but you always get what you pay for.  They were well worth the money.  I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I called to get an estimate and they were able to clean my carpets within a week of the initial call. The men were very professional and prompt. The carpet cleaning was exceptional. They look like new again! Although they were more expensive than other companies I called, I chose to use them because of other positive feedback on the internet. I am glad I did and would definitely use them again.

They were able to come quickly, did a good job and were in and out. We were satisfied with them. To clean the upholstery, I have found it is the same price or more than flat surfaces. We have been using them for a while now. I have not done any price comparison.

.They did a fabulous job. Their maintenance is remarkable. They are nice. They are the most polite people. If they leave your house they take off their booties. When they come back in they put on a new pair of booties. They do not walk on your floor without booties.

They were good and they did a nice job. I don't remember the price they charged. They were very concerned about the rugs since I had bought them in Greece and the Middle East. They were very concerned that they turned out well. I am sure they were punctual or I would have canceled with them.
