Every time I have tried to call him or email him he keeps putting me off by telling me how busy he is, but he will get to it right away. Instead of him telling me he cant do the job or that it was going to take longer than 3-4 days he kept putting me off and here I am 3 weeks later, still with no signs. After 3 1/2 weeks, the proof did not have my name, phone number, or web page address that was provided to him. Basically, and incomplete proof.
