This was a complete bust for me. I saw her work showcased at different Home Shows in Lafayette, and was impressed with the design, however her ability to communicate in a timely manner, return phone calls or emails was completely unprofessional. I already had a strong idea of what I wanted to do with my kitchen, living room, dining room and tv room, however there were some beautiful pendants she had put in a house which I wanted to replicate and I also needed some help nailing down specific color choices within the palette I had chosen. I saw her on a Thursday and had painters lined up for the following Monday, when she left she promised to get some color options before the painters arrived. I didn't hear from her even tho I called and left voicemails, and emails. Finally on Tuesday I got an email from her assistant with 2 of the color choices I had suggested and the same one we had talked about already. I expected a couple of choices. I had to reschedule the painters who thankfully didn't charge me for the Monday they were scheduled to be there. I then received a bill for 2 hours of service which was scary because so far all she had done was a 45 minute consultation. The pendants had a 14 week backorder, her email response was slow and I gave up trying to contact her by phone. Sorry, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
