They use some type of paint that is anti-microbial that they use to paint all of the ducts, return vent. They also painted something in the attic to keep mold and mildew to keep from growing. They came in early, were prompt, stayed until about 2:30. They showed me the work that they had done afterward. The manager came out at my request to inspect the work that they had done.
