DOGHOUSE COMPUTERS

I took my perfectly working laptop to Doghouse for a broken hinge. Once I received it back, it worked for a few hours, and then the screen went out. I took it back, they repaired it. It worked for a day, and stopped working again. I took it back, and the guy working on the computers, Nick, was very unprofessional, rude, combative, and disrespectful. As soon as I stated that my laptop was not working again, he said, “What you trying to say; this my fault!” He continued to go on laughing and saying that he wasn’t going to work on my computer, because it was now a liability. I asked him why was he being so disrespectful to me, and stated, that he hadn’t talked to anyone else the way he was talking to me. He yelled, “So, what you trying to say, I’m racist.” I asked for a refund. He refused, laughed, and walked off. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received. Now, I will say, the young lady who works there, Ashey, was very kind and professional. But, I absolutely do not recommend this business.

Doghouse Computers did not loose any of my data in the transfer.  Doghouse Computers told me that other services recommended by the 1st service provider were not needed.
It is great to find a competent and honest company to be able to take your computer to and know that the work will be completed at an extremely reasonable cost.
