DIXIE FLOORING OUTLET INC

When the tile was available, Mike Woods and his crew arrived at our house to do the work. After one day, the carpet had been pulled up and disposed of. The crew came back the following day to install the tiles. When the job ended for the day, Mike Woods and his crew told us that not enough tiles had been ordered to finish the job. We were surprised. He called Gary and had him order more tiles that we received an invoice for later. I did not want to pay the crew for a finished job, so I kept $100. The crew returned and finished the job. I paid them the remaining $100. The next day, I noticed a tile had come up. I immediately called Gary who told me to call Mike. We continued to call both Gary and Mike to fix what they had done. Three months after we signed our contract and more than 10 phone calls to both Gary and Mike and we still have a ruined tile. No one has come to fix it. We sent an angry letter to Dixie and promised to report the negligence to the community.
