General Remodeling
Replaced our roof and repaired ceiling in the house where it leaked. Was given an estimate that seemed high for ceiling repair/replace and was told they had to remove crown molding and was time consuming. When ceiling was replaced, they never removed the crown molding and just butted the sheetrook against it, leaving it unlevel. After it was painted and I pointed it out, he said they would return to fix the issue. It's been a year and still not fixed. They also tried to repair the area near AC intake and didn't level it so they just put putty/plaster over the edge of thee intake. Stated he would fix it and it still has not been repaired. Section of the ceiling had a crack that they repaired that cracked again in the same spot. No follow through. Prior to finishing my job, I recommended him to a family member to have work done in the bathroom that he never completed. The only thing he actually completed was putting shingles on the roof and didn't even finish the clean up afterwards. No other job he was hired for was completed as he said it would.
