Recently all of the paint on the hood and fenders started to peal off in large sheets, brought it to several body shops was told it was a manufactures defect, the dealership Courtesy Buick GMC in lafayette louisiana on johnston st would not stand behind there product , said it was out of warrenty, should'nt the paint on your automobile last longer then a 3 yr warrenty or at least last as long as the note on the automobile. Not so according to Courtesy Buick GMC. Something has to be done, so other people do not get caught up in the same situation, ( tired of honest tax payers who buy the way bailed General motors out of debt , continuing to get ripped off by these companies)

The salesperson was very professional, straight forward and very efficient. He had the ability to listen. He didn't show me a bunch of cars that I wasn't interested in. When I went, I decided what I wanted and he was very efficient in completing the sale.
