The gentleman who owns the place came outside to greet me when I drove my car into the parking lot. It was time to have the car inspected. He was kind enough to tell me that I needed a new front light before he could pass my car. I replaced the headlight, and then went back to him. He is courteous and very professional.

I think Congress Auto Care is by far one of the best car wash places in Lafayette. I have been to several others and for some reason it was always a hit or miss at other places, there was absolutely no consistency. The people working were neither interested to work there or felt the need to put in their efforts to clean the vehicle. This was my first experience at Congress Auto Care and I didn't find much issue with the staff or their professionalism. The guys took a good 15 mins to just vacuum the insides of the truck and then a good 20 odd mins to wash the outsides. I was so happy with the service that I ended up giving tips to the guys washing my truck. The owner was a very friendly gentleman who was very helpful too. Overall, a good experience which I definitely recommend to my friends.

These guys are always prompt, professional and courtous.

I always have a positive experience because the guys there are up front and honest. They don't try to make you buy a service you don't need. They communicate clearly about cost estimates, and never perform any service without getting your permission and outlining cost. I also appreciate the fact that they are locally owned an operated.

overall on both occassions that i used this company i was very pleased with their service.

I had a used vehicle recently and they have always been pretty upfront and have done a pretty good job of fixing everything and have warranties for everything they fix. They have always been pretty honest. You can go to a different places and they'll check it out and they have said the same thing or similar to double check them.

Quick repairs, courteous, seem to know what they are doing.
