I purchased the home an noticed the Ac wasn't working the seller tried contacting Jessie he as yet to respond.. It cost me $4000 to repair this mess... I had water leaking inside my home I had to put buckets down... I had to move my family because the temperature inside the home reached 100 degrees.. He did some handyman work well in the home but AC installation was a total flop! Be very mindful!
