Bob'S Carpet Installations

Bob did a good job, very punctual and accommodating of my schedule. Carpets did not come out as clean as I'd hoped, but that may be due to fact that it's berber carpet, and stains are just unremovable. Thanks, Bob!

I had 10 year old carpets that had never been cleaned ? , plus they were buckling. Bob came in and he must have used a magic wand, because they look BRAND NEW! On top of that, he has a great attitude, and worked quickly and quietly.

Bob was very quick to reply and schedule. He was on time and did everything he said he would and more, such as moving some furniture for a better result. He offered a complimentary lemon scented final spray, which I almost declined but glad I didn't because it seemed to mask that last bit of new paint odor we'd been living with. The room was dry within a few hours as he predicted. Will hire again if needed.

Bob was very accommodating on date and time. Very reasonable and did great work. Carpeting installiton looks like brand new . Because it was such a small job I thought I would have a hard time finding someone to do the installition. He cleaned up everything after the job was finished

I needed to do some improvements on an occupied 1 bedroom apartment in a duplex that I purchased this summer. After much inquiry for a really good carpet installer I was given the name Bob Stansbury. So I called and he was available to come out the next day to give me an estimate on installing new carpet in two fairly large rooms.
Although the existing carpet was probably over ten years old, the tenant (who's been living there for over 13 years) had not neglected it but had indicated that he felt it needed to be replaced and would split the cost with me. Wanting to keep a good tenant happy, I agreed to the deal. Once Bob arrived he could see the condition of the carpet so he measured the rooms, looked at the samples I had from the store, then he did some math. Bob couldn't promise the results but he felt very confident that stretching out the buckles and a good thorough cleaning (with a new top of the line machine he just purchased) would revive the existing carpet and the tenant and I both could save a lot of money.
I spoke with my tenant and he was most agreeable to giving it a try so within a few days following, Bob did exactly what he had predicted. He worked very hard doing the stretching to make sure that his cuts were precise along the walls, taking only a short break for lunch which he brought with him, then very methodically and patiently cleaned the carpet. Needless to say, we all were very pleased with the results aesthetically as well as financially.
With the knowledge of Bob's professional work ethic and quality, Bob will be doing a much larger job (stretching, cleaning and installing) at my parent's home very soon and I have no doubt that the results will be the same.
